Press Reviews Manuel was not discovered playing the club scene in New York. He was not discovered when his nonexistent band did not open for the Rolling Stones during their Steel Wheels tour. He was not discovered when Steely Dan was auditioning guitarists for their Two Against Nature sessions because he does not play all that well and therefore did not bother to try out.
