Artist description The musical entity of The Endless Still brings together ambient electronics and cross-cultural colorings into a musical landscape of the senses. Blending haunting ethereal vocals, romantic qualities of acoustic guitars, trance-inducing melodies, soaring e-bow noises, and an occasional hypnotic beat, the music is a unification of state of the art technology and traditional instrumentation. The Endless Still was founded by singer/songwriter Albert Ochosa in 1992 while at student at the University of Washington. Having grown from a two person act to an ensemble of vocalists, percussionists and keyboardists, performances became a much celebrated occasion. Vocalist Tristan Hendrickson, having graced her angelic vocals with such acts as 'Shadow Light" and "Tri-State Killing Spree", captivated audiences in the band's 98-99 career. Her diverse vocal stylings are prevalent in the soon to be released CD "Obscura" this spring. Digital artist and overall Guru, Scott Schubert of his own "Astralyte Studios", joined the ranks as polyphonic chanter in early 1999. With his intense, improvisational, Tibetan-style chanting, Scott brought an added dimension against the foundation of the music. Shaun Richards of veteran act "Fear of Dolls" joined the band before their debut performance at Seattle's Fenix Aboveground on April 8th of 99. Since then, his tribal beats have provided the band with a fuller, cathartic vibe to the live performances.

Artist History Hailing from Seattle, WA, The Endless Still was formed in 1992 by Albert. The name was chosen to describe his various instrumentals written. Tristan joined Albert in 1998 filling her haunting, ethereal vocal stylings to the instrumental tracks. Gracing her angelic backup vocals in Seattle Gothic acts such as Shadow Light and Tri-State Killing Spree, The Endless Still was an opportunity for her to display her full vocal range as a front woman.
