Artist History
Danny Handley is a unique musical phenomenon!. His natural
belief in himself and his ability to remain unswayed by musical fashion make him one of Britain’s most
powerful performers to date.
Surrounded by Beatles and Rock ‘n’ Roll, at the young age of eleven Danny started playing guitar and concentrating on
singing.
1989 saw Danny’s first live performance whilst still only thirteen years old. Immediately he felt completely
at home on the stage and within months he was fronting his own band which stormed the pub and club
circuit throughout the north of England.
Already an established singer, guitarist and exceptional front man, Danny’s hand now turned to song writing
- and turned it did! From the age of sixteen onwards, he has produced countless world class songs and has
recorded most of them.
In 1996 Danny dropped everything, hooked up with a manager and put his first album together involving some of the best
musicians in the North and even employing the BBC Philharmonic for certain tracks.
The last two years Danny has spent writing and recording solidly and now has a sheer armoury of material
waiting in he wings. His individual approach to music, his vast experience, his raw natural talent, his vocal
ability and tone, his charm as an entertainer and his sheer fire and determination have created a performer
who will go down as one of the greats, and great he will become!
