Artist History Civil began in March of 1995 as a group then know as Seth. Seth became Civil on Easter Sunday April 4th, 1999. WoodDrow, Fizz, Eugene were the original members to form the band from Venice Florida. Today WoodDrow, Fizz, and Eugene are joined by Chino, Gary, and Carolyn to form Civil. Through the transition of band members and music, Civil has become a tight functioning unit that has exceptional power, emotion, and originality that drives them to keep expressing their music on tape and through live performaces. Civil feels that music is one thing in life that will last forever and with consistancy they will strive to be heard and felt.
