Artist description
The Echoes, Irvine California's most dynamic power pop quartet, consists of young but seasoned veterans of the local rock scene. Currently self-promoting a self-released EP produced by the amazing Adam Gubman, the band's unique yet "I've heard this before somewhere" sound is attributed to great songwriting and remarkable musicianship.
The Echoes' sound gives a nod to indie rock powerhouses such as Smile and Ozma while retaining a tongue-in-cheek romantic commentary and musical originality all its own. Fronted by songwriter A. Max Sanchez (vocals/guitar), who is supported by G. Alan Katz (guitar/vocals), B. Zev Rubin (bass/vocals), and R. Edward Nunes (percussion), THE ECHOES' catchy sonic assault and energetic stage show is bound to get even the most jaded scenester's toes a-tappin'. |
