Artist History Coming together in the summer of 1998, the original lineup of Saturday in a Jar was one without Paul Blank, and one that featured Dave Coryell on drums. Building up a local fan base came quick for the young SatJar, as they began to write some of the best local music in the area. While picking up steam, SatJar picked up Paul Blank on rhythm guitar, and shot straight for the stars. However, all was not perfect in the land of SatJar, and the band parted ways with long time drummer and co-founding member Dave Coryell, leaving Josh Ballance on drums. Yet this has become the SatJar that has withstood the test of time, and continues to grow stronger. With the completion of their full length debut, SatJar is ready to once again aim for stars, and unleash their musical madness unto the industry.
