Artist description
Two songwriters and a svelte rock band hole up in the desert hill town of Jamul for two years. With primitive living conditions and a couple of dogs, the band perfects and redefines the art of harmonies in rock music. They return to their hometown with a lo-fi masterpiece. The album wins the major Southern Californian music magazine award (SLAMM) for best rock album of 2000. Press raves from indie music magazines and newspapers across the country from Sacramento to Philadelphia (Rolling Stone, Alive and Kicking, Union Tribume, etc.). They sell out the CD many times over and they sell out West Coast rock clubs. Hybrid Recordings swoops 'em up. |
