Artist description
Froysa is an unlikely combination of good old
rock and roll and his own twisted mind. His songs
span over a wide variety of genres, but in the end
it's always his own style that define the finished
result and makes it like nothing else.
There is no "sound alike" to this self-taught man.
He wants to please you and make you think. You
will feel his message to you, like everybody will
feel something special and unlike what the others
feel. He will talk to YOU! |

Artist History
Froysa (named Einar Frøysa) was born 1978 in
Trondheim, Norway. During his childhood he moved
several times around Norway. He was brought up as
a christian, and he still says that he writes no
songs that deep inside is about some aspect of the
christian belief.
As a talented pianist, he often found himself in
the center of different festive occations. His
career in poular music started with a youth choir
in Horten, and soon escalated with several bands,
including rock and acid jazz.
As he saw there was no future for him as an
pianist, he started to play the organ at an age of
15. He continued to the Norwegian academy of music
and graduated as a very talented organist.
Froysa is now kantor near Oslo, where hi lives.
He is married to Kristine. |
