Artist description We are an Alternative / Rock / Pop / band with influences of Electronica, Blues, Funk, and Classic Rock. Our style of music is very different than what other bands are doing, which sets us apart from all the rest. This makes us unique while helping us keep a fresh perspective on the current music scene. The songs that we write have an honest look at life, by expressing the good and the bad aspects of this crazy world. Some songs have deep meaning, while others are just fun to listen to. Regardless of what you are listening to, they are all songs anyone can relate to, while still keeping a positive message without the anger and violence found in a lot of today’s music. We have played a wide variety of places including coffee shops, bars, clubs, bowling alleys, and outdoor festivals (with our diverse style of music we have been very lucky to be able to play virtually anywhere). In the short amount of time we have been together, the response and support we have received has been incredible. There have been many doors opened for us by friends, strangers, etc; and we are very thankful for that. The mission and goal of this band is to create music for everyone and still keeping the integrity and raw passion of our vision. In the end, we just want to make people dance, laugh, cry, have a good time, and just live life. We are creating the soundtrack for people’s lives, and if we could reach just one person then we have done our job.

Artist History Seven Mile Sun is a Clinton Twp., Michigan based, two man band officially formed in March of 2001, although we have played together off and on since our high school commencements in June of 1997.
