Artist History
Here is the story. Some parts may be boring but you can get through it. It all started with a punk cover band. It was David, Eric and some other kid. Eric turned into a hippie and sold his brand new Ibanez electric and bought an acoustic guitar, and a harmonica. The rockstar dream is now over. But then almost a year later David and Eric decide they want to make a band again. Late one night around a campfire the planning is done and while talking to a girl and looking at an old keychain we come up with the band name Touch. So this new band Touch sets out on an adventure and writes songs and plans their first show. Their songs vary widely because David wants to go punk and Eric wants to go folk. Their first few shows are all right but they are still missing something. So one day in Calculus class David asks Ryan (of Tampered Posey fame) to drum for Touch. He gladly accepts. (The picture is pre-Ryan so if anyone has a pic of all of us please give David a copy and I’ll put it up). We practice with him a few times before our next show and he is a hit. We make some demo songs. Umm...let's see any other important information--well we have played at The Underground in St. Louis Park, The SLP High School Cafeteria, and The Depot in Hopkins. So that is the story of Touch all three members hailing from Saint Louis Park and all seniors at that cities high school. THE END. Hope you enjoyed. |
