Artist description John Williams is a Christian artist that is presenting the world with his own unique style of music he calls, Contemporary Christian Jazz. John mixes the styles of contemporary Christian and Jazz, bringing lover's of both genres together for a unique sound and crossover appeal. John is currently finishing his CD project so please listen and look for it.

Artist History John started playing the piano at 7 years old. He studied privately for approximately 3 years. John also started played hymns in his fathers church at age 8. He then studied percussion in grammar and high schools. By age 16, John was playing for 3 different choirs, spread out between 2 churches. John later joined the Air Force where he fixed jets and played and directed the bands for the Military Show Cases. He was finally selected as band director for the elite "Tops In Blue" show tour. John played jazz clubs in Germany while stationed there and did studio work as well. In 1985 John gave his life to Christ and has commited to play for Him ever since. John has since played various coffee houses, live events and churches in the New York, North Jersey area. It is John's goal to spread the "Love Message" of Jesus Christ thoughout the Tri-state area with his own unique style of music he calls, Gospel Jazz.
