Artist History
Hill Country Express has been performing in Central Texas since the late 1970's. On August 14, 1982, Hill Country Express opened for the David Grisman Quartet and the Chieftains at the Performing Arts Center at the University of Texas in Austin. The first 11 songs on the "Hill Country Express - Live" CD are a direct copy of the original audiotape fed live from the sound board that night, with no overtracks or effects added. |
