Artist description Trounce is a metalcore band from the rural habitat of Franklin County, VT. We mix many styles of music into our creations, but our main focus is metal.

Artist History Trounce was formed on April 13th, 2001, when Paul and Timmy, after almost two years of trying to start a hardcore band, decided to try something out with Alex and Ian, both classmates in Paul's Jazz Band class. Their chemistry was apparent from day one, and now they are all like family. An attempt at adding a second guitarist, the talented Sean Jarvis of St. Albans, VT, brought a period of self-discovery upon Trounce, who realized that there is no room for anyone else in their tightly-knit unit.
