Artist History Nothing Kills Grimace (NKG) was originally formed in May 2001 as a basement band, just a few guys getting together and performing covers for no one but themselves. The band started off simple and slowly worked there way up through different stages, the band is still constantly working towards bigger and better things. Putting on shows, performing and making music was constantly a dream and topic of conversation for the band, and eventually all of these would happen. All though Nothing Kills Grimace has scene a couple line-up changes the bands fun care free attitude has stayed the same. With the current line-up, and what is believed to be the best; the band is finally able to move forward and to work hard. Travis (vocals), Pat (Bass), Matt (Drums) and Chris (Guitar) are set to unleash there music to world. NKG has never followed a genre of music, since the entire band has a huge range in tastes and influences, but they strive to create the best sound they can. Generally hard hitting from the heart lyrics about pain and hope fill the songs powerful punk rock melodies. As a band, they have grown and learned together; each member is credited to writing there parts and the music they create. What is to come for NKG is yet to be seen, the guys are anxious and ready to perform, hit the studio and basically try everything they can.
