Artist description If you draw a musical triangle whose points are Bob Dylan, Stephen Stills, and Paul Simon, I'd like to think I'm somewhere inside it. You will find a lot of flavors in my music -- rock, folk, country, and blues -- but they're all informed by a deep love of pop music. Over the years I have realized I'm a lyricist first. I like to use common ideas and turns of phrase, but spin them in new ways. I try to convey emotional impact in my songs and create a subtle sense of intimacy.

Artist History I've been writing and performing for over 25 years. The ten songs on "Ten By One" cover a span of 20 years (1982 to 2002). The album was recorded in 2002, mixed in early 2003, and released May 12, 2003.

Group Members Just me, mostly. My daughter Amelia performed spoken word and cello on "One by One". Songs are produced at home using Cubase VST PC-hosted multitrack.
