Artist History
It began as an experiment. The year was 1997. It was wondered--what would happen if one took a veteran singer-songwriter (then singing back up and playing cabasa in a Reggae band) and her poignant catalog of folksy, whimsical tunes and mated them with Anthony Economou (Les Paul through a Mesa Boogie;strange obsession with Buck Dharma), and journeyman bassist Kelly Jon Tuttle;("formerly known as the human paradox") and then added Dan Ross on drums. (Imagine Keith Moon with a dash of World Beat.) The end result is the Pop-Adelphics--a unique blend of atypical Okiefied Pop-Rock. |

Press Reviews
"This noteworthy songwriting voice...instills her chiming tunes with a worldly wisdom. Entirely well-rounded and pretty." - T.C., Tulsa World
"She's that paradoxical, strong but vulnerable, passionate but sweet mystery woman. It's a popaliscious treat." - D.H., Norman Transcript
"Trailer Pop demonstrates just how good a songwriter Wagner is - each of these songs could hold its own against any current songstress' material. The quality of Trailer Pop is as professional as any other pop album I've heard . . ." - JZ, Urban Tulsa |
