Artist History
This project was started in 1997, and ended in 1999. Maybe somewhere, sometime, we will get together and make music again. I really enjoyed my part of it - trying to make new, ground-breaking stuff. But as bands go, like life itself, they change; or they just die. Robert Sweet has moved somewhere out in California to find more accepting atmospheres; Stella's faded into the mist, and I'm busy doing other things. Someday the pop will be reborn, maybe. I still believe our music is the future, and should be an example of how good music can be made by a few young geeks on a cheap computer... 'Till next time...

Press Reviews
"MFB is rapidly proving itself to be easily one of the very best bands showcased at mp3.com. OW MY HEAD is another quite unique song from a band with a hard-to-define sound. This song is sort of Beck-ish with a fabulously wonky vocal, somewhere between Thom Yorke (Radiohead) and Robert Smith of The Cure. My words of advice to MFB...DO give up your day job." - The one and only Mark Crozner, Mp3.com review |
