Artist description
Junkyard Smith is a parody of the faked sincerity of the Rhinestone Cowboy business of Country Music. Using simplistic instrumentation; two guitars, bass, harmonica and drums, Junkyard Smith echoes two of their main influences - Creedence Clearwater Revival and Flatt & Scruggs. Junkyard Smith is sing along parody at its best. |

Artist History
Junkyard Smith learned at a young age that he could
not knuckle under to society and also be true to
himself. While failing miserbly at music school he
met Hominy Singer. They agreed the music industry
needed to be shaken up. The hilarious result of
their efforts is "Junkyard Smith". |
