Artist History
Fifty Diamond Rocks has built a solid following in Southern Ontario and Western New York. The band released their debut album - "Blown Speaker Fund" - in 1997, and has received overwhelming airplay and press attention.
The band won first place in Q107's nation-wide homegrown contest, and landed a spot on Edge 102's new music search CD, which, in turn, landed them a gig at Edgefest in Barrie , Ontario, Canada. Fifty Diamond rocks has also opened for such acts as David Wilcox and Widemouth Mason.
Their sophomore album is currently being produced by Brad Nelson (The Headstones) at Great Big Music in Toronto, and will be released in late 1999 or early 2000. |
