Artist description
Tim is a one man band. He does it all...well, almost. He writes songs for your enjoyment, but mostly for his. His songs always get stuck in my head. They will probably get stuck in yours too, but that's not a bad thing. Just listen to it! |

Artist History
I can really only comment on the Tim history that I've been around to witness. Since I've known him, music has probably been the biggest thing in his life, that I can tell. That shouldn't be surprising, though, for an artist of his caliber. I think besides his solo career his first musical endeavor was in choir in highschool. Then he played the Talent Show - his first 'gig' I think. Throughout highschool he played in various garage punk bands including none other than Ample of Gardnerville, NV. Tim supplied the lead vocals and wailing guitar for the short lived punk band Tim Can't Swim. Ever since Tim's highschool years I've been lucky enough to hang out with him and even sit in with his various bands. Tim and I have even composed a couple songs together, including "Stay Off My Lawn" and "Shane and Me Write a Dumb Depressing Song". To date Tim Blake, the artist, has yet to have been discovered. Maybe someday he will, I just hope I'll still be able to jam with him when he's famous! |
