Artist description
In September of 1999 a band was created from the cells of a
sanitarium. This band was Psycho Choke.
Unfortunately they were let loose upon the innocent civilians
of humanity. Unbelievably for about a year P.C spread their insanity
to the masses with their gigs.
Then all the people became sane again because P.C was in the studio for
about a year, recording while nailing a few gigs here and there. Now
they are about unleash their
insanity upon the world. God help us....

Press Reviews
"Choke On This" reviewed as the album of the month (March) on Metal Hammer Magazine.
With their own words: "Amazing work from these guys from Thessalonica! Psycho Choke really kick asses (sex and violence) with their incredible dynamic sound. Their songs are a mix of hardcore, death metal and nu-metal in a way that they combine their extreme style with some melodies that sound very very good. Their music reminds bands like System Of A Down, Konkhra, Less Than Human, (a little) Homo Iratus, Pantera and Machine Head. The production is super and allows all this anger to be heard from our speakers. The vocals trace you out and the guitars cut you into pieces. In general "Choke On This" is a sensational release and it is professional from all point of views. That's why the band worth congratulations! 8.5/10"
Review of "Choke On This" on the Mic webzine
Psycho Choke belongs to the category of bands that they don’t have anything to jealous from other bands outside Greece that have the same sound (basically from the American scene). The production is very good witch was done at the Mix studios. The cover is great as well as the artwork. Everyone who likes bands like Lost Prophets and System of a Down will love “Choke On This”!
Review of "Choke On This" on the Atraktos webzine
Psycho Choke is one band that listens a lot the new scene but the impressive is not this but that with their cd they belong to the new international scene. I think it’s worthless to mention bands that fill big concert halls or sell millions of records to give some relative spots with the sound of Psycho Choke. Even the six-minute “Shrink” would won the appreciation of System Of A Down.
Review of “Galactic Groove” on Uranium webzine
Pantera/NOLA fans eat your hearts out! Psycho Choke, a 5-piece act out of Greece, have laid down an infectious groove-driven track with all the guitar twangs, vocal barks, and double bass drum pumping that we all love. Psycho Choke's "Gallactic Groove" is groovy, brutal, and just flat out awesome!
