Brian grew up in small town Conway, South Carolina, in a place one can refer to as "The Bland Strand". Isolation, depression, loneliness, jealousy and boredom are key elements in his songwriting. His family is split up, he doesn't have a girlfriend, and his spacey rawk songs go way over everyone's heads in boring old South Carolina. |
