Artist description
A human being is part of the whole called by us
universe, a part limited in time and space. He
experiences himself, his thoughts and feelings as
something separated from the rest, a kind of optical
delusion of his consciousness. This delusion is a kind
of prison for us, restricting us to our personal desires
and to affection for a few persons nearest to us. Our
task must be to free ourselves from this prison by
widening our circle of compassion to embrace all living
creatures and the whole of nature in its beauty.

Artist History
Richard Roe is a one-man band currently residing
in the midwest. The name Richard Roe is a name used in
legal proceedings to refer to a fictitious or
unidentified person and was chosen for use by this
musician as part of a spiritual quest to move beyond
the ego. Since completing The Fall, Roe has finished
a degree in which he studied classical guitar, music
theory, drumset, voice and recording. The recording
of the second disc, tentatively entitled "Nivritti Marga:
The Path of Return" is now being recorded and likely will
show many signs of musical growth from the first cd.
