Artist History Self Contained has gone through quite a few changes since the project was started back in late 2001. Self Contained started under the name "Tranquill Sorrow", and was later changed to "Bloody Maiden". The Bloody Maiden era brought with it an age of gothic metal full of dark lyrics and slow, Heavy riffs. The upcoming Self Contained CD will be much different. It will be a concept album split into 2 parts. The first half will be heavy, while the latter half will contain the slower traks. Stay Tuned for more details.
