Artist History
Andy was cofounder and one of the two songwriters
for Ceramic Buddha, a Folkadelic Rock band that
played throughout Los Angeles and Phoenix in the
middle of the '90's. After they grew apart,
he started work on a solo record which included
guest musicians, drum loops, and sporadic inspiration.
Originally envisioned as a 10-song offering, it
decidedly became a 5-song EP with only one of those
songs intended as just voice and acoustic guitar.
When he went into the studio to record "Black-Eyed Clyde,"
he emerged and hour and forty-five minutes later with the
album you're reading about now. What was never quite right
in 4 years was suddenly perfect in just under two hours
and it's called "Glimpse."
What these are, for the most part, are one-takes
and all the songs are live, with no overdubbing.
