Artist History Official Epping Forest biography Since January 1998 until February 2002 In the beginning’s of 1998 the project Epping Forest was putted in active by 3 members but some problems related with the Line-Up (reason that also took to the end another existing band), make Epping Forest during these three years be constituted only by these three elements (Filipe, Patrícia and Miguel). In February of 2001Epping Forest complete the Line-up with the entrance of Alemão for the Drum/percussion. Mauro for the Bass-Guitar and Samuel assumes the vocalist position. In June Alemão and Mauro left the band for personal matter. Later in August and September enters Marco for bass place and Pinto (that plays simultaneously in Morbius) substitutes Alemão in Drum. Later in the end of November 2001, during some lack of time to rehearse with the band, Miguel has to leave the band. Entering Cristiano (from Morbius too) to the place of Miguel. In the beginning of February 2002, Cristiano his obligated to leave Epping Forest, during the lack of time to rehearse with Epping Forest. Studies and the existence of another band forces Cristiano to leave the band… Epping Forest play a Black Metal with Scandinavian renascences, being difficult to say exactly what they play due to the different influences of the elements/band, they ear a bunch of different musical styles, dependent or independently of metal. It only remains to inform that they practise a fast and brutal sound, with a big atmosphere and Mysticism to the mixture...
