Artist description Purgatory was formed in the Summer of 2001 by a couple of metal heads from Paramount, California.They were tired of the local music scene and decided to make music they wanted to hear.They have a very diverse taste in metal music. They are heavily inspired by bands like Metallica,Iced Earth, Iron Maiden, YJM's Rising force,Pantera and others.Purgatory is a Four piece band that consist of Henry, Alvaro,Justin and mike.When it comes to writing music they just dont stick to fast and screaming songs! They allow themselves to express their emotions through the compositions."we dont limit our boundaries!" Purgatory is constantly evolving as their technique advances. One thing they always stress is that they will never cater to trends!!!!!!!!!
