Artist History Tired of empty promises from the mouths of major labels, A&R's, and management, the Crisis Center did not want to rely on anyone for anything. They decided to go into business and do the job themselves. In addition to both members being involved with music for most of their lives, Undefined and Concept have also been researching the business end of things for many years. The group/ production company/ label (Crisis Center Productions) is built upon the foundation of discipline, strict work ethics, and an undeniable passion for music. This is all obviously portrayed in their first release; where you can feel the heart put into every rhyme, beat, and scratch. One of the most important things Crisis Center brings to the table is respect for their fellow artists. Being artists themselves, they understand the obstacles and frustrations of this business. Though sometimes it is those obstacles that force you to take the next step. The next step for them is to continue recording, producing and collaborating with Artists who also share the same views (for info click on beats); Simultaneously, they are also working on the score for an up coming full length digital film scheduled to be released in early 2002. The Volume One release is one of the most groundbreaking hip-hop records to drop in years.
