Artist History
We started out in 1991 recording a demo-tape under the name of Mehdi. In 1992 we formed the rockband Rubber Revolver and played live in Stockholm until 1996. During the last year we've been writing and producing new songs under the name of Tuba, leaving the guitarbased rocksound of Rubber Revolver behind, introducing a new touch of pop. |

Press Reviews
"Trance-inducing, soothing Pop songs with bits of Brit-Pop spliced into the mix. Songs move slowly, with slumberous backing beats and vocals that fly as high as Thom Yorke's -- without all the anguish. The verdict? Tuba are good at making really good songs." - Howard M, Listen.com. "Blissful, optimistic pop songs feature lush keyboard textures, one-note melodies, and dreamy guitar jangling, while droning Space Rock grooves shake and rattle with rolling breakbeats." - Noah E, Listen.com |
