Artist History
At the dawn of the new millenium an idea formed in the heads of four very enterprising young brothers. The idea that someone should form a band. A band that played punk rock just like when they were kids. Fast, furious and loud yet with a cool melody and a catchy vocal hook. This idea sprung from the minds of Otis, Grant, Marky and Donnie Mulligan. These brothers decided to become that band. They quickly wrote their first batch of new songs and recorded the 4 song EP 'Donnie's First Time' that you find here. Shortly after the completion of this demo the four were "discovered" by the internationally respected philanthropist billionaire, Yoshito Manuki. Mr. Manuki had been searching the globe for a musical group that played punk rock like they played when his kids' kids were kids. After flying the men over to the Manuki Industries, Inc. headquarters in Osaka, Japan to meet them, Mr. Manuki set up a special trust fund to finance their operation. With the appropriation of this endless supply of funds they began the construction of the new Manuki Industries Laboratory Recording Studio compound, hidden deep within the hills of West Seattle, Washington. They then began to work on their project, now called Mulligan Men. The quartet are currently training for their first mission. That mission is to take their "sound" to the masses all over the world in an attempt to save that long lost, little punk rock child in all of you. |
