Artist description Electronica artist Shagg first got his start in music production as a DJ long before he began attending college at Texas A & M University. The hood known as Alief in Southwest Houston became the backdrop for Shagg's formative years, and the sound that developed frames his unique style. Borrowing from classics, yet all his own, tight grooves gel into place with a rhythmic thud while funky hook lines elevate each tune into unique flavors of searing sonic ear candy.
