This unique sounding desert rock band with a taste for the darker things in life consists of five experienced musicians from 3 different countries (Norway, Germany and Czech republic) The five band members met in Liverpool to form the band and successfully gig in the area. The sound is strongly influenced by Spanish / Mexican music and rhythm, but with elements of Tex Mex and just a little bit of twisted country, Mercury Still are so cool that they smoke, so mellow you could cry, and so warm you’re guarantied to burn yourself, and they always appear with a good portion of black humour. Their songs and massive stage presence have the ability to grab you by the neck and hold you tight until the very end of their show. This is authentic and believable music that will make you listen.
