Artist History Getting together in the summer of 2001, Hecklefish is the offspring of many different DC bands. Sean (bass), Elizabeth (singer) and Kevin (rhythm guitar) were all in the band Sypher together while Andy was in a DC band named Sumac. All freinds from college, the four decided to start a band and brought in guitarist Matt Cleaver. Once all together and comfortable in their new home, Hecklefish began to play as much as they possibly could and developed a loyal following by retaining fans from each members former bands. Hecklefish is currently giging around the DC, Virginia, Maryland area and will be near you soon!
