Artist History
Delante Sets the Standards begins in the band Los Gringos, in which Jason and Dan L. met for the first time. Dan was playing bass at the time and soon quit the band, but his contacts with Jason did not end. Dan later joined the metal-core Lyfter with Jason only for that to fall apart at the seams, but in the process of Lyfter they were introduced to Dan I. and they continued to rock out with each other. Together and with the help of some friends they formed endormendorwindorfindher, but due to some college partings the band split leaving the Dans and Jason a trio once again. In the late summer of 2001 they formed Delante Sets the Standards and began writing songs. As Dan decided to switch from bass to guitar the band began to search for a bassist which led them to their buddy Ben. Delante Sets the Standards was complete. |
