    Artist description
The liaison between the chaotic ferocity of classic punk, the energy and groove of funk rock, and the live experimentalism of the jam band....mixed with exotic spices and seasoning. BS is a three-piece ensemble consisting of the eclectic, rock-blues-and-much-more madness of Sasha Lannons telecasters, the Bootsy-Geezer-JP Jones-channeling thump groove of Matt Nelsons bass, and the full-on thunder of Pierre Lannons Bonham meets Buddy Rich backbeat. Bandersnatch is this and less...and more. It is what it is. The definition gains clarity with a Bandersnatch show. Full of high energy on-stage mayhem and eclectic songs reminiscent of such wide ranging influences as John Scofield to Led Zeppelin (and many points outside and between), a Bandersnatch live show is an outpouring of music and energetic exertion that engages and definitely provokes reciprocation..
    Music Style

    Artist History
Although Bandersnatch is a fairly new musical endeavour (formed in April of 2000), members have played in numerous projects in the Northwest (Laughing Gas, The Bridge) as well as Europe (Joy Motel) for over a decade. These years of music and life created the Bandersnatch. And it is what it is..... "Beware the Jabberwock, my son! The jaws that bite, the claws that catch! Beware the Jujub bird, and shun The frumious Bandersnatch!" -Lewis Carroll, Through The Looking Glass n.

    Press Reviews
"loud and tasty" - Eastsideout.com "Somehow, they've managed to blend punk, funk, heavy metal and jazz together. They sound like a train wreck between the Minute Men, George Clinton and the Stooges, taking place in front of a Bitches Brew era Miles Davis concert. - The Tablet - Issue#41, Seattle,WAv
