Artist description
Crack Smokin Hooker is a top secret, international consortium of musicians, producers, DJ's, and the like. The end goal of the collective is to free the world from the tyranous clutches of one Sir William Wack and his state police force of suits, who are out to pimp the smooth sounds of world funk just to make a buck. Very little is known about the CSH in the way of personal details. The contributing members names and identities are a closely gaurded secret, as are their whereabouts at any given moment.
The primary weapon of the CSH is a brand of psychadelichiphopjazzyfunknasty that appeals to the listener's cultural conscience. It is through the use of this weapon that they fight to rid the world of Sir William Wack and his influence. They fight to foster free will and to promote the exploration of new and different sounds. Everything about the collective - right down to it's name - is designed to provoke a response. Ultimately the CSH hopes to expand the sphere of what is acceptable within popular culture. |
