Artist description
The Hughes Music Project is a home grown independent
label started by Christopher T. Hughes.
On their debut CD, Miriam Boncato sings
soprano and Chris Hughes sings bass. Chris also
plays the guitar and piano parts,
composed the music and orchestrated the songs, programmed
the midi instruments and engineered the final masters.
The violins, violas, horns, drums, harp, flutes,
bells and other instruments are midi sound samples
programmed with a keyboard and a PC. The studio is in
Chris's home. |

Artist History
Chris is 19, and has been playing guitar for 3 years, piano
for a year and half, and recording for about a
year now. He is just starting his first hundred years
as a composer artist.
Miriam is 24, graduating this fall with a music degree
in voice, has performed in several operas and loves the
popular music world. Miriam has been singing since
she was three. She and Chris have teamed up to make
some amazing new music. |
