Artist History Brother Short Hailing from northeastern West Virginia, Brother Short consists of singer/guitarists/songwriter Greg Short, singer/guitarist/songwriter "Minstrel" Paul Burger, bassist Chuck Wilson and drummer Bill Harding. Over 100 years of collective experience in songwriting, performing and entertaining is evident in their music, both live and in the studio. With influences ranging from Marshall Tucker, The Allman Brothers, The Eagles, Little Feat, CSN&Y, Doobie Brothers and many others, their sound appeals to a wide variety of musical tastes and genres. Their first CD entitled "Sacred Fire" conveys the groups' diversity from country to classic rock, with plenty of stops in between. The current CD entitled “Grey” is a continuation of the evolving expression of the groups shared musical roots. Brother Short is currently working on CD #3 “Brothers” at their home studio, Old School Records . Their music has been heard on WBRB, 101.3 In Buckhannon, WV, WANB in the Waynesburg, PA area, WCLG in the Morgantown, WV area and WFSP/ WKMM in the Kingwood, WV area.
