Artist History
Liam got his start in music at the age of 5 by singing in his church choir. He started his first band in high school in 1961 playing a few originals with some Buddy Holly and Ritchie Valens covers thrown in the mix. His Kentucky roots were enhanced by a 15 year stint in California as a musician, award winning professional photographer and college professor. Upon returning to Kentucky in 1982, Liam added to his career as a photographer, professor and musician by becoming a licensed, and winning trainer of thoroughbred race horses. His first album with his band Jefferson Freeway, was a local phenomenon in 1987. His circle of friends includes the cream of the crop of Louisville artists, musicians, and horsemen. "Dressed To Kill" is Liams current self-released CD incorporating those many talented friends. Enjoy the music. |
