Artist description Dolari is a band. A solid-cohesive group of individuals whose primary goal is to create beautiful music. They don't scream in angst. They don't rap. Dolari creates dynamic-inspirational pop songs usually not more than 3 to 4 minutes long. At the foundation of a Dolari song is a tight (almost danceable) groove between the drums and bass. Next they add sonic-moody synths and some of the most gorgeous chords ever heard from a guitar. Lastly, they top off the arrangement with soaring melodies and insightful lyrics. The best place to experience this is at a live show where every ounce of their energy is given away freely to the audience that comes to see them. Dolari's music has been played on 93.1 WXRT and 88.7 WLUW in Chicago and also appears on Jeff McClusky & Associates "Best Unsigned Bands of Chicago" CD Compilation. Thousands of their first two E.P.'s are currently circulating throughout the city, and the response so far has been amazing. They have been called "Euro-Pop" to "New Wave" to "Modern Rock." Whatever they're called, their most passionate philosophy is that a song can be "catchy" but also be SINCERE. Remember when pop music was fresh AND important? Dolari does.
