Artist description Born and raised in Philadelphia, CELESTE DONOHUE began her performing career as a dancer. Her love of music and the stage seemed to be a natural progression into singing. Before moving to Los Angeles to further her musical career, CELESTE started a band and played in various clubs up and down the East Coast. After making her transition to the West Coast, CELESTE worked on various projects as both a lead and background vocalist. Determined to begin a solo career, she began seeking the right producer to capture her original sound. ALVINO BENNETT, who's extensive experience with such artists as Stevie Wonder, Brian Ferry, and Chaka Kahn, seemed to be the perfect fit to CELESTE's unique outlook on the industry. After co-writing several songs together, the two set out the task of recording her debut project. A combination of intimate lyrics, interesting melodies, and vocal attitude, all reflect CELESTE DONOHUE's passion for life, which shines through in her music. She is a multi-talented artist who is able to transcend audiences with her songs
