Artist description INAVOID is an experimental metal band that seeks to utilize many different feelings and atmospheres in the unique universe of music. The band is inspired by the progressive metal of the nineties as well as the traditional metal scene of the eighties, but still tries to create new and exiting dimensions in the metallic universe. From the beginning it was clear that the music should be challenging and exiting, but without spoiling the melodious flow in the compositions. The repertoire is a mixture of tuneful grandiose ballades, technically founded quibbling and battering rhythms with screaming guitars. These ingredients are at times represented in one and the same composition. INAVOID has created enough music to perform 1 - 1 ½ hours.

Artist History The group was founded in May 1999 and was until recently a trio. From the beginning it was resolved that the group in time should turn into a quintet. But this was first achieved in August 2001. However, right now, INAVOID is looking for a new front vocal. We hope to inform you who it will be soon. In June 2001 INAVOID recorded its first promotion CD containing three compositions. We're currently looking for a new lead singer.

Press Reviews From Full Strenght Inavoid are an excellent experimental/progressive metal band from Denmark. This 3 track demo is very impressive from start to finish. Very melodic, excellent vocals, excellent drum work, excellent guitars...everything is excellent!. I would love for this band to release a full length cd and im sure with the right promotion they could go places. They are a very talented group and are destined for success (in my opinion). Opener "In a void" for example is a good progressive melodic rock/metal song a la ENCHANT, SHADOW GALLERY (without the keys). Also the two other included songs here ("Brindisi" and "Forgave") are great uptempo progressive metal songs, with an own identity. This band is quite interesting, as they offer some good new stuff in the ever-growing progressive melodic rock/metal scene.
