Artist description Brian Trevor a.k.a "B-TREV" is a Philadelphia artist that brings his own unique brand of rap music to the hip- hop table. Though he was born and raised in Philly, the attractive brown-eyed bomb shell spent several years in Long Island New York working with World Famous Hip-hop DJ "Diamond J" (original DJ for EPMD)perfecting his current thick and hypnotic musical style. In the summer of 2000 Brian Trevor signed with the now dissolved RCA rap label JUDGMENT RECORDS run by Hip-Hop Heavy weight JOE "THE BUTCHER" NICOLO who previously ran RUFFHOUSE RECORDS. Brian Trevor is currently in the studio working on components for his new independent album "BRI-POLAR" scheduled to be released in 2003. The promo single "YOU DON'T OWE ME ANYHING" ( HIT #1 in the U.S at AUDIOSURGE.COM on JUNE 14th 2002) and created a sizeable buzz, landing BRIAN TREVOR a gig at (CLEAR CHANNEL)WIOQs Q CONCERT 13 in CAMDEN, N.J on May 31st. The concert (in front of 26,000 fans) included P.DIDDY, SHAKIRA, NO DOUBT, O TOWN, FABOLOUS and Ja RULE. As the the album release date approaches the question looms,could BRIAN TREVOR be THE NEXT BIG THING from PHILLY?
