Artist History
EERiE Macabre is the dark and Macabre brainchild of Celestial Magus aka Ben Ireland. Best know perhaps, for his work as drummer and pecussionist for World Domination/Warner Brothers Recording Artist's- "Sky Cries Mary"
-Some of Celestials past work also included's, founding membership in the influential and notorious Seattle underground band "The Fags". A rare glimpes of Celestial and other members from The Fags- circa era- mid '8o's- can be seen in the movie "Desperately Seeking Susan" starring Madonna- taken in the club scene which was also, used for the video "In the Groove"
Celestial's other past recording projects include- "The Wasters" on Chuckie Boy Records- and "Hana" available on FirstWorld Records. Celestial- Also, is a long time film maker in the S8 indepented film scene. EERiE Macabre was originally conceived as a music for film projeck.
The EERiE Macabre Orchestra includes, members, friends and long time collaborators- "Master Fagin the Hermetic" aka Brian Herrmann,"Baron Von Garrett" aka Cam Garrett,"Mistress Selena" aka Michelle Herrmann.
The EMO will be performing the sound track to "EERiE Macabre" The Movie at Seattle's Emerald Reels Film Festival in an upcoming show, soon. |
