Artist History
Formed in the late ninties as a pop punk band, Ryan, Jeff and Mike started the earliest foundation for cujo by whipping out some catchy poppy tunes. With different drummers every couple years. Then one day the three guys decided hey, ska's preatty cool lets do that. This is when Lucas was in the band, the sax playing german, he was awesome, and cujo was officialy ska, they started writing some tunes, when Ryan remembered he knew some kid who played trumpet on his bus, named colin sweet. So he asked colin and colin was all like, yo thats so cool, i'll definatly join, and colin was in cujo. so they rocked out with that line up for a while, when Scott joined the band, a good friend of everyone, scott played trumpet. he was bad. so he got kicked out, and it was back to colin, ryan, jeff, mike, and lucas. This worked preatty well, but then Lucas was like..hey time to go back to Germany, sorry guys. So it left all these sax parts and no one to play them, so Ben joined! on alto sax, than ben went to camp for a long time, and there was no one to play those parts, so Brian Lee decided he would play them temporarly on trombone, untill ben could fully handle his sax responsibilities. So now the line up consisted of, Colin, Jeff, Mike, Ryan, Ben, and brian lee temporarly. So one day a kid named lenny said..hey i play trombone, if u guys ever need a trombone player, i'm good. so lenny tried out, and he was in! so now they had a permanent trombone, so ben came back, and cujo rocked with that lineup for a good 4 days. then we all decided to ask brian lee if he awnted to play trombone too and he was like..yea..cool. so he joined. Then cujo roked out for about 5 months, playing tons of shows, recording, rocking out, when a good friend chris curtin asked if he could play drums for us, so we said sure, and we put mike on guitar, and since has been the final cujo member change. |
