Artist History
Mindkor began in the fall of 1999 when Jorge Molne (lead guitars) and Jason Gooselaw (drums) began to jam together in their spare time. As things developed, Craig Lomas (guitars, vocals) eventually joined the fold, filling out the sound considerably and solidifying the song writing. It soon became clear that Mindkor had great potential. Only one piece was missing... a bassist of such extreme talent and musical precision that could give Mindkor the decibel onslaught it needed. Unfortunately such a person could not be found. However in the summer of 2001, Max (bass) joined the band, and the first definitive Mindkor line up was complete. In December of 2001 Mindkor recorded a smoking demo at the Paradox Studios in Seattle, Washington. Shortly after this, Craig Lomas sadly had to leave the band due to creative differences. Mindkor continued on as a three piece, with Jorge taking over vocal duties. In the summer of 02, Justin Hall joined the band as the new bassist, and Max moved to guitar duties. Since this pivotal change, Mindkor has come to establish itself as force to be rekoned with in the world wide metal underground. |
