Artist description
Thematic Array is a one-man group fronted by
Damon C Bradshaw and based out of Kansas City.
Characterized by lilting accompaniment and
melodic vocal lines, Thematic Array's musical
style could best be described as
"dark electro-pop." Bradshaw's background in
classical music and opera adds to the
"big sound" element of much of Thematic Array's
music; expect to hear tense harmonies and
interesting vocal tricks, and the occasional
classical homage, filtered through a heavy
melange of synthetic sound. |

Artist History
After guitarist CC Roberts of the Southwestern Missouri
techno-industrial duo known as "Tosche's Station"
left to join the army in 1996, Bradshaw was forced
into a solo project at the time called
"Event Horizon." After the release of the mediocre
science fiction movie of the same name, Bradshaw
became Thematic Array, a name that reflects the
non-consistiency of his library of compositions;
an array of themes. (listen for CC's guitar
stylings on some of TA's harder tunes)
