Artist description
Soulfound are a blend of Iron Maiden, Metallica, Pearl Jam and The Police. One part 90210, one part Maxim. Having no tattoos or piercings, Soulfound are the boys your parents love at first and then forbid you from hanging out with again. They are the proverbial goody-goodies gone sour.

Artist History
Soulfound was formed in a college dorm at the University of Florida in Feb 1999. At first, all they wanted was to master the art of “female-charming.” Then, the music took shape and a hybrid of punk, rock, funk and pop was the product.

Press Reviews
"Tomorrow Can Wait"
(10 song CD)
2003 has been a year of strong music. Soulfound does not digress from the trend. Tomorrow Can Wait is a collection of rock anthems and existentialist effervescence. Although not overly-produced, TCW has a polish unlike many unsigned bands. The only downfall is that this record still doesn't capture the band's live essence, which is their strongest point. The CD is layout out well. The first three songs "Real Full of It", "Now is Yours" and "Day to Day" each merit a place in modern rock radio. Other punkier ditties ("American Anything", "Repair", "Don't Go") have a refined-pop punk feel to them, without any whiny verses about hating my parents. Overall, the record is great, yet Soulfound still hasn't written their masterpiece.
Highlight Track: "So Long Pretender"
This track has been a favorite of mine since I reviewed its demo version last year. I still think this 6/8 time, ballad about co-existence is Ivan's (singer/bassisit) most honest work to date
