Artist History Lead singer, DR. GUSTAVE HURTZ, (a former assistant to his mortician father) was born-to-rock and commands the stage with thundering vocals and devilish ass-shaking. Lead guitarist PISS PROMISE wields his axe like a lumberjack. “Master of Fretboard Sturm und Drang” is his moniker in Germany and his popularity with the ladies is notorious. Mute drummer VENISON, who had his tongue yanked out at age nine by an angry reindeer, is like some unholy windmill, relentlessly pummeling his kit, a terrifying rhythm robot. Finally POD, LESION's bass player, delivers the most profound chug lines you'll ever bang your head to. Perhaps the foxiest bachelor of the band, he plays bass with deadly impunity.

Press Reviews Time Out NY: Last year, Lesion caused enough of a stir at the Intel Festival (former name of the Digital Club Fest) to be named one of its best new acts. Slaboratory is Lesion's first record, and it's rather weak, but we can hear how its faux-German malevolent shtick could translate well live.
