Press Reviews
The major daily in Closing IN's home territory is the
Santa Rosa Press Democrat. The Press Democrat has given
the band a lot of press. They have reviewed the album
as well as numerous live shows. They also publicize shows
as best bets regularly. In one article about the annual,
local Battle of the Bands, Closing IN received the most
coverage for missing the finals of the "Battle" because
of an unfortunate cooking accident. Everyone expected
Closing IN to win. That has been the feeling among locals
generally. Even those that don't like Closing IN expect
them to become a huge national act. Other local publications
that have regularly reviewed and written articles about
the band are Section M, and the local college and University
papers. Closing IN consistently gets positive press. |
